SIS is a charity based in Carlisle that aims to support people living in North Cumbria who self-harm, and offer information and support to those people who support them.

 SIS Bank of Sessional Counsellors

SIS has a team of 8 Sessional BACP/BUKCP qualified Counsellors available to provide counselling and group support across North Cumbria. All have experience of working with people who self-harm and feel suicidal, as well as a wide range of experience that includes working with abuse, domestic violence and rape, bullying, bereavement, mental health issues and young people.

• Awareness training and presentations

• Supported opportunities for service users - e.g. self-development and skills training
